For domestic U.S. orders of either book, please send $22 ($20 for the designated book plus $2 shipping via book rate). For speedier delivery please add $1 ($23 total) for shipping by first class mail.

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery via book rate.

For International orders, please e-mail me at the address below to get shipping charges. An example, for the UK, is $9.00 for 4-7 day delivery of one book ($4.00 for 4-6 weeks) and $13.00 for 4-7 day delivery of two books ($6.00 for 4-6 weeks). Note that the preferred method of payment for international orders is a money order since most US banks charge a fee for cashing checks drawn on an overseas bank.


If you wish to purchase both books for US delivery, you can do so at a 10% discount. Send $39 ($36 for the books, $3 shipping via book rate. For speedier delivery please add $1 ($40 total).


IMPORTANT!- - For each particular book, please indicate if you wish to have a special message inscribed on the flyleaf in addition to the author's signature.

A volume discount of 20% is available on orders of 5 or more books.
